Deep Dish Biscuit Pizza

- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 can (12) refrigerator biscuits
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Brown beef and onion. Drain off fat.

2Stir in tomato paste, mushrooms and seasonings. Simmer 10 minutes. Press biscuit dough into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan to form crust. Spread meat over top.

3Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

4Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
