- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

1Place peaches in shallow baking dish, about 1 1/2-quart capacity.

2Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt.

3Sprinkle over peaches.

4Add lemon juice and dot with butter.

5Cover with pastry, rolled thin, to fit the top.

6Cut gashes in pastry for steam to escape.
