  • 6 cups pears, sliced
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • Butter
  • 1 pastry crust

    Sprinkle pears with lemon juice.

    Place mixture in a buttered oven proof dish, dot with butter.
