Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound grnd chuck
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • Ripe olives, a few
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1/2 green pepper, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1 green pepper, cut into rings
  • Green olives, a few

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

    Saute/fry grnd chuck, minced onions, minced green peppers in heavy skillet till there is no red in meat and vegetables are tender.

    Drain fat.

    Set aside 1 Tbsp.

    oil.

    Saute/fry sliced mushrooms, pepper rings till slightly tender; set aside.

    Cover crust with sauce.

    Add in meat.

    Top with mushrooms, pepper rings, minced olives if you like.

    Cover with Mozzarella cheese, grated.

    Bake 15-20 min or possibly till crust is golden.

    Don't burn the cheese.

    VEGETARIAN DEEP DISH PIZZA: Use 1 1/2 c. Vegetarian Burger or possibly Redi-burger or possibly other meat analogues.
