- 1 frying chicken, cut up
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. cornstarch
Directions

1Combine flour and cornstarch and mix well.

2Roll chicken in flour and cornstarch mix.

3Shake off excess.

4Let stand 20 min.

5Deep fry till done and drain on rack.

6Keep hot.

7Combine sauce ingredients.

8Bring to a boil.

9Remove from heat immediately.

10While chicken is hot, dip in sauce.

11Drain on rack.

12May put in warm oven for a few min while draining to make it crispy and crunchy.
