Deep Fried Dandelions

- 2 doz. hand picked dandelion heads (see note)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 pkg. corn bread mix
Directions

1Pick about 2 dozen dandelion heads.

3Because the stems are poisonous, make sure that all of the stem is plucked off, but leave the green leaves.)

4Mix egg and milk in a bowl.

5Dump corn bread mix into another bowl.

6Dip dandelions into the egg mixture, two at a time, then put them into the corn bread mix, one at a time.

7When done, deep fry them on medium heat.
