- 2 c. buttermilk pancake mix
- 1 1/2 c. ice water
- 2 qt. vegetable oil
- 1 pkg. Oreo cookies
- 4 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
Directions

1Freeze cookies for 3 hours. Heat oil in a deep-fryer to 350°. Fix a sheet pan with paper towels for draining. Mix pancake mix and water and stir until smooth. When smooth, get cookies and dip each cookie, one at a time, into batter and make a smooth thin coat completely around the cookie. Place cookie in heated oil. Fry on both sides, turning over once until golden brown. Remove cookie from oil with metal tongs and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Cool slightly before serving.
