- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Sake
- 1/2 tsp Garlic (grated)
- 1/2 tsp Ginger (finely grated)
- 1 Katakuriko (or flour)
Directions

1Mix together the ingredients, cut the tuna, and marinade for about 30 minutes.

2Coat Step 1 with katakuriko or flour and fry in oil (the picture shows tuna fried with katakuriko).
