  • 300 grams Fresh sashimi grade tuna
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Sake
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic (grated)
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger (finely grated)
  • 1 Katakuriko (or flour)

Directions

    Mix together the ingredients, cut the tuna, and marinade for about 30 minutes.

    Coat Step 1 with katakuriko or flour and fry in oil (the picture shows tuna fried with katakuriko).
