  • 1 qt. deer meat, cooked
  • 2 large onions
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • bell pepper
  • celery
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 2 Tbsp. hot sauce, if desired or season to taste
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Put meat in a 2 quart pot and bring to a boil.

    After it boils, wash the meat.

    Then put it back in pot with water and let cook thoroughly.

    When it is done, chop it up very fine.

    Set meat aside.
