  • 1 lb. ground venison meat
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. drained tomatoes
  • 1/4 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion

Directions

    Mix meat with salt and pepper and spread out in a 9-inch pie pan.

    Cover with tomatoes and sprinkle on remaining ingredients. Bake in moderate oven (375°) for 20 minutes.

    Cut in wedges like pie to serve.
