  • 1 1/2 lb. ground deer meat
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. salsa
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. shredded or grated cheese
  • tortilla chips
  • black olives, chopped

Directions

    In greased casserole dish put a layer of deer mixture
  2. 2
    with a layer of tortilla chips, grated cheese and black olives chopped, layer until deer mixture is all used up.

    Put in 300° oven for 45 minutes.
