Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. hickory smoke flavoring
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 lb. deer meat (1/2 wide, 1/4 thick)

Directions

    Mix first 7 ingredients together in large bowl.

    Place meat in bowl with mixture.

    All meat must be covered.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Preheat oven to 200°.

    Place meat on cookie sheet by single layers.

    Bake at 200° for 3 hours.

    Turn meat over 1 1/2 hours before done.
