- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 3 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. hickory smoke flavoring
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 lb. deer meat (1/2 wide, 1/4 thick)
Directions

1Mix first 7 ingredients together in large bowl.

2Place meat in bowl with mixture.

3All meat must be covered.

4Refrigerate overnight.

5Preheat oven to 200°.

6Place meat on cookie sheet by single layers.

7Bake at 200° for 3 hours.

8Turn meat over 1 1/2 hours before done.
