Ingredients
- 2 lb. flank or brisket
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1 Tbsp. taco sauce
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
Directions

1Trim off fat; cut meat with the grain 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick in strips as long as possible.

2Partially frozen meat is easier to cut.

3Combine all other ingredients in bowl; stir until dissolved. Pour over meat strips; cover tightly and marinate overnight. Remove from sauce.

4Arrange strips close together, but do not overlap, on rack.

5We hang them on the rack by paper clips.

6Make sure to put tinfoil in bottom of oven.

7Bake in a 150° oven for 7 hours.
