- 2 Tbsp. tenderizer
- 2 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. hot sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 bottle soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. crushed red peppers
- 1 deer shoulder (sliced in strips)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together in an airtight container.
