- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Accent
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Directions

1Soak meat in sauce overnight.

2Cut meat into lean, 3/8-inch wide strips, 6 inches long.

3Remove all fat so it will not turn rancid.

4Cut meat with the grain.

5Soak all night.
-
6Salt and pepper one side only.

7Place toothpick through end of strip and hang from top oven rack with foil on bottom rack.

8Set oven at lowest setting.

9Leave door ajar to let moisture out.

10Leave meat in 10 to 12 hours, until meat is dark and no moisture.
