- 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 or 3 lb. venison
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cover strips of venison completely with sauce.

2Soak meat for 6 to 8 hours in sauce in glass bowl.

3Put foil in bottom of stove, hang strips on oven racks on toothpicks.

4Push the toothpicks through one end.

5Heat oven to 170° or 200°, leave them for 4 hours.
