  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. worchestershire
  • 2 tsp. accent
  • 2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 2/3 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 2/3 tsp. black pepper

    Marinate strips of deer meat in mixture overnight.

    Then put directly on racks of oven at 150° for 6-8 hours.

    The longer it is baked, the crispier it will be.

    Put in air-tight bags or containers.

    They say it will keep for 2 years, but I think you'd have to hide it!
