- 4 tsp. onion powder
- 4 tsp. Accent
- 3 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. seasoning salt
- 1 c. Chung King all purpose soy sauce
- 1 c. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cut meat no thicker than 1/4 inch and as long as you can.

2Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Add meat. Let meat set in mix for 24 to 30 hours, stirring occasionally.

3Drain for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Place on paper towel and blot meat dry. Cook for 8 to 10 hours at 150°. Cook meat on oven rack and not in a pan.
