  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/3 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/3 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. Accent tenderizer
  • 1 tsp. onion salt

Directions

    Slice raw meat into very thin slices.

    Mix all ingredients. Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass dish with sauce mix.

    Layer meat in sauce, brushing tops of each layer.

    Pour remaining sauce on top.

    Marinate for 48 hours.

    Dry in 140° oven by placing meat strips on oven rack or cake rack for about 8 hours.
