- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/3 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/3 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. Accent tenderizer
- 1 tsp. onion salt
Directions

1Slice raw meat into very thin slices.

2Mix all ingredients. Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass dish with sauce mix.

3Layer meat in sauce, brushing tops of each layer.

4Pour remaining sauce on top.

5Marinate for 48 hours.

6Dry in 140° oven by placing meat strips on oven rack or cake rack for about 8 hours.
