- 4 lb. boneless beef pot roast
- 1 can beef gravy
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of black pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 medium potatoes, halved
- 4 medium carrots, halved
- 1 large onion, sliced
- parsley
Directions

1In a large heavy pan or electric pan, brown meat. Add gravy, salt, pepper and bay leaf. Cover and cook over low heat 2 hours. Add potatoes, carrots and onion.

2Cook 1 hour more or until tender. Stir occasionally.

3Uncover and cook to desired consistency. Spoon off fat.

4Remove bay leaf.

5Garnish with parsley.
