- 4 lb. sliced meat
- 2 bottles soy sauce
- 1 bottle Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 4 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
Directions

1Mix sauce ingredients together.

2Slice meat to desired thickness.

3Soak meat in sauce for 12 hours in a cool place (refrigerator).

4Place tinfoil lining on the bottom of the oven to catch excess sauce.

5Poke toothpicks through meat slices and hang meat on oven racks.

6Bake at 200° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

7(The less time baked, the more moist.)
