- 6 to 7 large potatoes, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 can corned beef
- Bisquick mix
Directions

1Cook the potatoes, onion, salt and pepper in water until tender.

2Drain.

3Mix in the corned beef that has been broken apart with a fork.

4Put into a baking dish.

5Mix a double batch Bisquick rolled biscuits and place them on top of potato mixture.

6Bake at 450° for 15 minutes until biscuits are golden.
