- 3 lb. meat, sliced thinly into strips
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 ___ Worcestershire
- 1 Tbsp. coarse pepper
- garlic salt to taste
- liquid smoke to taste
Directions

1Soak meat in this mixture 2 to 3 hours.

2Put on paper towels to blot.

3Put meat over racks in oven.

4Turn oven as low as it will go.

5Cook 8 to 9 hours with door ajar.

6Air dry 8 hours. Store in jars or Ziploc bags.
