Ingredients
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 lb. meat (1/8 to 1/4 inch thick, no fat)
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. hickory smoke flavor
Directions

1Put all ingredients together and shake up.

2Pour over meat overnight.

3Works best if you have plenty of sauce for amount of meat.

4Place on oven racks or cheesecloth.

5Bake on lowest heat. Bake 4 to 8 hours until jerky will crack when bent.

6Remove from oven.

7Let cool and dry.

8Put into jars.
