- 1 lg. can evaporated milk
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (5 cups)
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (7 oz.) jar pimento, cut fine
- dash cayenne pepper
Directions

1Place milk in sauce pan.

2Mix together, salt, mustard, vinegar, have ready.

3Bring milk to steam stage, do not boil.

4Add cheese to milk and stir with a wooden spoon until it melts.

5Add vinegar mixture, pimento, and pepper.

6Let cool, place in a jar and refrigerate.
