  • 4 c. cut up deer meat
  • 1/2 c. diced onions
  • 1/2 c. diced bell pepper
  • 2 tsp. diced garlic
  • 3 cans mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 6 c. cooked rice
  • 1/4 c. oil

Directions

    Place meat in an iron skillet with 1/4 cup oil.

    Brown meat. Add peppers, onions, garlic, salt and pepper.

    Cook until pepper, onions and garlic are transparent looking.

    Add mushroom soup and milk.

    Simmer for 15 minutes.

    Put on hot rice and enjoy!

    This is good with hot corn bread.
