  • 1 medium deer roast
  • 7 strips bacon
  • onions
  • potatoes
  • carrots
  • mushrooms
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • garlic
  • 7 Seasons
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 cans Campbell's mushroom soup

Directions

    Place the roast in an oven roasting bag.

    Put the bacon across the roast.

    Add the onions, potatoes, carrots and mushrooms. Sprinkle with the Worcestershire sauce and 7 Seasons. Slice the butter on top of the vegetables.

    Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Take out of the oven and add the mushroom soup. Bake at 150° for 30 minutes.
