- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. uncooked pork (in pieces)
- 2 c. onions, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 large head cabbage, shredded
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh ginger
- 3 green peppers, sliced
Directions

1Heat pan; add oil and pork.

2Fry until done.

3Add onions. Saute; add cabbage and toss.

4Add sugar, ginger and peppers. Add salt if necessary.

5Heat thoroughly and serve at once with rice, boiled noodles or crisp noodles.

6Vegetables should be crunchy; do not overcook.

7If liquid forms, thicken it with 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup water.
