- 2 lb. ground meat
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. margarine
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. black pepper
Directions

1Mix spices with 1 cup water.

2Add ground meat.

3Mix well. Make into 3 to 4 rolls.

4Wrap tightly in foil.

5Seal ends.

6Let set 3 days in refrigerator.

7Put in cold water.

8Bring to boil for 1 hour.

9Take out of water.

10Open foil.

11Drain well, then wrap in foil and place in fridge.

12Slice when cool.
