- 2 lb. lean deer meat
- 3 lb. potatoes (white or red)
- 1 lb. carrots
- 1 large onion
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 3 cans mixed vegetables
Directions

1Cut deer meat into small chunks.

2Put deer meat and water into pressure cooker and cook for 30 minutes.

3Wash potatoes and carrots and cut into chunks.

4Add to deer meat.

5Cut onion into small pieces and add to mixture.

6Add tomato sauce and mixed vegetables to cooker.

7Add salt, pepper and garlic salt to season. Pressure cook for another 30 minutes.

8Serves 4 to 6.
