- 1 1/2 lb. cubed deer
- 1 stick butter
- 3 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 beef bouillon cubes and 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water.

2Set aside.

3Season meat to taste.

4Lightly cover with flour.

5Melt butter in a large skillet.

6Add deer until light brown.

7Add onions, bouillon and soup; simmer until meat is tender, about 1 1/2 hours.

8Add sour cream and heat for about 20 minutes.

9Serve over noodles or rice.
