  • 2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Directions

    Wash roast well.

    In roasting pan, spread 1 package soup mix evenly over bottom.

    Put roast on top.

    Sprinkle the other package of soup mix over roast.

    Pour 1/2 cup of water over roast.

    Cover with foil and bake at 350° until roast is tender and the soup is thickened into gravy.
