Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups mushroom quartered
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons basil finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley finely chopped
- 1/2 lemon medium, juiced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Heat non-stick skillet to medium heat.

2Add olive oil and broccoli.

3Saute 5 minutes.

4Add chicken broth as needed to keep from burning.

5When broccoli is crisp-tender, add garlic and mushrooms.

6Cook another 10 minutes until veggies are just tender.

7Add basil and parsley and cook another minute to melt herbs.

8Add lemon and then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
