Directions

   Crumble first 3 ingredients; pat into 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Bake for 15 minutes at 350°.

   Cool.

   Beat cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip and powdered sugar until fluffy.

   Spread on cooled crust.

   Beat together pudding and milk.

   Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle nuts and cherries on top.
