- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 lb. 10x sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- fresh coconut to taste
Directions

1Cream together margarine and cream cheese.

2Add 10x sugar, salt, vanilla and fresh coconut.

3Place in refrigerator to chill. Shape into eggs (put in 5 to harden for peanut butter eggs; add 1 1/2 cups peanut butter instead of coconut or peppermint to taste).
