  • 1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 6 medium strawberries
  • 4 to 6 drops red food coloring
  • 6 canned lite peach slices

    Mix cake mix as directed on the box label, except add grated lemon peel along with the cake flour mixture.
