- 4 to 6 lb. boned beef rump roast
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. dry red wine
- 1 medium onion, minced
Directions

1Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper.

2Brown on stove top on all sides, about 15 minutes.

3Chop onion and sprinkle over roast. Combine sour cream and flour.

4Pour over roast.

5Add wine.

6Cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
