- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 c. cheese
- 1 slice ham
- 1/2 tomato

1Beat eggs and milk in small bowl.

2Chop tomato, ham, green pepper and cheese in small chunks.

4Melt butter into skillet.

5Pour eggs into skillet like a pancake.

6Cook on one side.
