Ingredients

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 4 tbsp miracle whip
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha hot chili sause
  • 2 tsp spicy mustard (regular for mild)
  • 2 tsp dill relish
  • 2 tsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • dash salt
  • dash ground black pepper
  • dash paprika

Directions

    Place eggs in a pot with cold water, bring to a boil.

    Add salt and leave for about 10 - 15 minutes.

    Remove from heat and run cold water over eggs in the sink to remove hot water.
  4. 4
    Then let stand for about 5 min or until eggs are cool

    Peel off the shells and slice lengthwise in half.

    Remove the yoke and place in mixing bowl, set egg whites on a platter to the side.

    Add miracle whip, Sriracha hot chili sause, mustard, dill relish, sour cream, horseradish and a dash of salt&pepper to the mixing bowl with the yokes.

    Mix well for a few minutes (add a little milk if you like it creamy)

    With a spoon place a dollop of the mixture into the egg whites.

    A dash of paprika on top and your done!
