- 4 c. baked beans or 2 cans
- 1 c. pickle relish
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 small corn muffins, crumbled
Directions

1Place 1/2 of the beans in a greased baking dish.

2Cover beans with relish.

3Combine next 6 ingredients.

4Spoon about 1/3 of this mixture over relish and cover with remaining beans.

5Spread remaining sauce mixture on top of the beans.

6Mix butter and muffin crumbs and sprinkle thickly over top of casserole.

7Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
