  • 4 c. baked beans or 2 cans
  • 1 c. pickle relish
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 small corn muffins, crumbled

Directions

    Place 1/2 of the beans in a greased baking dish.

    Cover beans with relish.

    Combine next 6 ingredients.

    Spoon about 1/3 of this mixture over relish and cover with remaining beans.

    Spread remaining sauce mixture on top of the beans.

    Mix butter and muffin crumbs and sprinkle thickly over top of casserole.

    Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
