- flour for dredging
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. dried onion
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Cut beef in small pieces.

2Coat with flour and brown on both sides in oil.

3Mix the 3 tablespoons flour and mustard and combine with remaining ingredients.

4Cover and cook slowly on top of range 1 1/2 hours.
