- 18 oz. minced clams
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. crumbled bread
- 1 c. rich milk or canned milk
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Add onion; simmer (not brown).

3Blend flour and add clams, bread, milk, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, parsley and eggs.

4Cook together.

5(You can add chopped boiled eggs in clam mixture after cool.)

6Scrub clam shells and pack ingredients in shells.

7Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs; bake until brown. Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes.
