- 1 doz. clams, chopped
- 4 slices bread
- 1/2 doz. hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 stalk celery, chopped fine
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 6 cooked potatoes, mashed
- parsley, salt and pepper
Directions

1Pour clam juice over bread slices and let stand until soft; set aside.

2Mix all remaining ingredients well (mixture should be moist).

3Put into buttered clam shells or roll into clam cakes. Top with bread crumbs.

4Bake 1 hour at 325° to 350°.
