Ingredients
- 1 c. oil
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. dry onion
- 1/2 c. dry parsley
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 4 c. bread crumbs
- 1 stalk celery with leaves
- 2 1/2 c. clams
- 2 1/2 c. clam broth
Directions

1Saute dry ingredients in oil until golden brown.

2Put celery, clams and broth in blender.

3Chop well.

4Mix in bowl with sauteed mixture.

5Let stand for a few minutes.

6Stuff into oiled clam shells.

7(Shells can be washed and reused.)

8Sprinkle with paprika.

9Bake at 350° until golden and bubbly.

10Makes approximately 5 to 6 dozen.

11Serve with lemon slices.
