- 1 raw egg, well beaten
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of red pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 slices toast, rolled to fine crumbs
- pinch of thyme
- salt to taste
- 1 small grated onion
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 bottle ketchup
Directions

1Mix all ingredients; place in crab backs or buttered casserole.
