Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 1 small jar or can mushrooms (save liquid)
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 2 Tbsp. sherry
  • 2 c. crab meat
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 small can water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 1/2 c. buttered crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Place fillets on aluminum foil lined pan.

    Spread lightly with no fat mayonnaise.

    Cover top with corn flake crumbs.

    Sprinkle with paprika or dill weed.

    Bake at 400° for 12 to 20 minutes, depending on thickness of fillets.

    Done when fish flakes with a fork (fish skin will stick to the foil if fish is lifted gently with spatula).
