- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- dash of Tabasco
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Saute bell pepper, celery and onion until done. Remove

4Let cool until warm.

5Add all other ingredients.

6Spoon into crab shells or aluminum shells or can be made into patties.

7Top with extra bread crumbs and paprika. Brown in oven at 400° for 20 minutes.
