  • 5 (6 1/2 oz.) cans crabmeat
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 3 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 generous half c. milk
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 or 5 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

    Mix half the butter with all the other ingredients except the cheese.

    Put in 6 shallow ovenproof ramekins.

    Pour remaining butter over them and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.

    Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.
