- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 12 saltines, mashed
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
- pinch of dry mustard
- pinch of minced parsley
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Pour melted butter over cracker crumbs, saving 4 teaspoons to put on top of stuffed crabs.

2Add mayonnaise and other seasoning, then mix in crabmeat with fork to keep from breaking up.

3Fill 6 large backs (or use small baking cups) generously, then sprinkle with cracker crumbs, pouring remaining butter on top.

4Bake in 400° oven for 30 minutes.

5Serve hot.
