- 2 cans crab meat
- 6 pieces bread, soaked in milk
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, cut fine
Directions

1Put 1 tablespoon butter in pan, then simmer 1/2 cup celery and onion.

2Add to crab mixture.

3Add 1 or 2 raw eggs.

4If mixture is too wet, add a little cracker meal.

5Season with salt and pepper. Roll and dip in egg and cracker meal.

6Fry in deep fat.
